Affordable Housing in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
Our mission is to address the need for affordable townhouses and apartments available to lower and moderate income residents in towns across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We have developed historic properties into affordable housing, preserving as much of the original buildings' character as possible. We also develop brand new apartments on appropriate parcels of raw land.
Senior Housing
Affordable housing is a key issue for Seniors across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Our goal is to fill this need by providing apartments for seniors only, which include services such as meals and transportation. Our properties all have beautiful community spaces, both indoor and out as well as fitness rooms for the enjoyment of our residents.
Non-Profit Consulting
We have partnered with non-profit organizations, notably Families in Transition, to provide financing and development expertise to help them build affordable housing for families in need. Many of these projects retain the historic character of the original buildings.
